Returns
At Keds, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you can return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging. Certain items, such as final sale or clearance products, may not be eligible for return.
How to Return
- Visit our returns page at kedsfootwear.com to start your return.
- Follow the instructions to generate a return label.
- Pack your items securely and attach the return label.
- Ship the package using the carrier specified in the return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to process after the return is received.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or style, you can do so through our online returns portal, subject to availability.
